Welcome to Mini Dachshund Puppies for Adoption. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and apply to all puppy adoptions, reservations, and purchases made through our business. By accessing our website or reserving a puppy, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. General Use

  • This website and its content are intended for individuals seeking to adopt a Mini Dachshund puppy.

  • You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content, images, or materials without our written consent.

2. Puppy Availability

  • Puppies are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • We reserve the right to refuse an adoption if we believe it is not in the best interest of the puppy.

  • Availability of puppies may change without prior notice.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied to the total adoption fee.

  • Final payment is due before pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payment methods are those specified at checkout or agreed upon in writing.

4. Health & Care

  • All puppies are vet-checked and up to date on vaccinations and deworming prior to adoption.

  • A health guarantee will be provided at the time of adoption.

  • Once a puppy leaves our care, we are not responsible for illnesses or injuries caused by neglect, improper care, or accidents.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available at the buyer’s expense through approved couriers.

  • While we ensure safe travel, we are not liable for delays or circumstances beyond our control once a puppy has been shipped.

6. Adoption Agreement

  • Each adoption must be accompanied by a signed contract, which includes terms on health, spay/neuter (if required), and return policy.

  • Puppies sold as pets only are not to be bred under any circumstances.

7. Returns & Rehoming

  • We do not accept returns for personal reasons (such as allergies, housing restrictions, or change of mind).

  • If you are unable to keep your puppy, you must contact us to arrange proper rehoming. Refunds will not be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that our website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Any personal information collected will only be used to process your adoption or respond to inquiries.

  • We will never sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
